Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Trilogy Care Pty Ltd handles personal information in connection with Trilogy DESK. We operate under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Account information (name, work email, organisation), workspace content you submit (conversations, contacts, knowledge-base articles, attachments), and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service (log data, device and browser information).

If you are an end customer talking to a business that uses Trilogy DESK, that business controls the conversation data; we process it on their behalf to deliver the Service. Direct requests about that data to the business you contacted.

To provide and improve the Service, including generating AI responses grounded in the workspace's own knowledge base; to secure accounts and prevent abuse; and to communicate with you about the Service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your workspace data to train third-party AI models.

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers, with Australian-region hosting for email infrastructure. Access is role-based, transmissions are encrypted in transit, and inbound email is stored encrypted with a limited retention window.

We use cloud infrastructure and AI model providers as processors to deliver the Service. Providers are bound by their own compliance obligations, and we share only the data required to deliver the relevant feature.

We keep workspace data while the workspace is active. When you delete your workspace, or on verified request, we delete personal information within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting us. If you are unsatisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
